What is paperless billing:
Paperless billing is an alternative to receiving your invoice by mail. With paperless billing, you will receive your invoice digitally through your email 18 days before your payment is due. Not only does this massively cut down on paper usage, but it also gets you your invoice when you need it! All you have to do is contact your Pekin Insurance Agent and they will take care of setting you up for paperless billing.
What are my payment options?
We offer monthly EFT withdrawals, payment by phone, and online payment options. We also offer a Paid in Full Discount. The variety of electronic payment options allows you to find what works for you. It also eliminates the headache of having to send a check via mail altogether. However, we know some policyholders prefer to send a check via mail, and that is still an option when you have paperless billing. We also have the option to pay in full, instead of paying a monthly pro-rated amount, you get the option to pay your entire bill for the whole year and when you do so, you receive a discounted price.

- Step 1: Go to WWW.PEKININSURANCE.COM
- Step 2: Click or tap on “Pay A Bill” at the top of your screen
- Step 3: Either sign into your account or choose our one-time payment option, which allows you to pay without signing in
- Step 4: Pay your bill via credit card or directly from your bank account
