We have two physical office locations, one at 6776 Providence Street, Whitehouse, Ohio, and another at 120 N Defiance Street, Archbold, Ohio. The two open positions are:
Customer Service Representative / Full Time. Looking to fill position ASAP – Apply
Customer service position requires answering phones, billing, handling client change requests, processing new and renewal client business, data entry, marketing projects, forwarding messages, etc. Phone skill are required, attention to detail, the ability to write letters and emails using proper grammar and spelling, and must be able to pass a state background check. Looking for a full time commercial lines property and casualty insurance producer. Experience and an active Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred, but others will be considered and training is available. Compensation structure is negotiable and depends on experience level and past work history. Friendly, outgoing, personable, good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, organization, and motivation are all a must. Agency has a strongly rooted and modern marketing plan, SEO strength, excellent carriers and markets, as well as several very strong niche markets which creates greater opportunity. This position would be for the NW Ohio area, as we have offices located in both Whitehouse, Ohio and Archbold, Ohio.
